Misplaced belief on assumptions of a billion dollar company taking over IFAN is proof positive that all the arguments to try and prop up that position are just totally futile.

The sooner one discards the Henniges red herring, the sooner one can start to get back to a more objective view.

And what has been going on with other SSM/Cooley mergers/plays just lends more support to the likeliness that the outcome here will not be very good at all.
