Could be but I've never seen, besides that PR, any claim of Cosight as a subsidiary. They also bought Epoint Payments Corp but I don't see it mentioned anymore. Epoint (Genesis) has the E-Wallet application and technology codeveloped with Fintech Investments Inc technology.
