If you truly believe CDMO is worth a lot more, and you don't sell, why do you care about a paper short-term "loss"? If what I hypothesize is correct, then the shares are changing hands to investors that have a higher cost basis which will make the next move up even better.

And by the way, I never meant to say there is no manipulation, just that every move down is not necessarily manipulation.
