Based on what I have read the past couple of days there are many people dumping their shares. The 16 billion number is HUGE. No matter what the shares are classified as. Now the explanation that they are extremely limited makes sense but that could change at any time. Not something that Chong had on the "Roadmap". Looking more like a penny stock scam.
