BarrellofHay, the link you provided has a pay wall so I couldn't access it but this news today tells me that Hanmi is pissed at Sanofi and will help w fighting the Sanofi claim. I'm hesitant at the moment, or at least until Rolontis gets near approval, to think about this case further. I'm hesitant because it's hard to play patent attorney after trying to regarding the claims against the Fusilev patent. And I think of poor Amarin which seemed to have a very strong patent lose its case a year or so ago.

This news release also tells me that Hanmi has a vested interest in helping Spectrum out and they clearly did help w the cash infusion and stretching out payments owed.
