Thank you for taking the time to answer and for providing direct answers. Are the "assets" that have "increased significantly" primarily the natural gas that has been talked about or are there others that add to your bullishness? RE: the natural gas - have there been any recent updates about the quantity that is indicated? (Their website doesn't list much info which is why I am asking.)

Thanks again for your help. I have owned shares for a while and am considering adding some because of the natural gas.
