They have completed the necessary steps and the 20 days since they mailed shareholder’s the required notices has been up. The positive thing is that they don’t seem to want to perform the R/S unless qualifying to list their stock on the Nasdaq exchange. My fear was that they would R/S and then say sorry we didn’t qualify lol.

The PPS is climbing up nicely & healthy now that end of year tax selling is done and dilution either stopped or slowed down drastically.

It was interesting to me that Ray left his old company as President and took this spot as CEO almost simultaneously. That old company is in talks of selling part of their business for billions at the moment… The company in mention is active on social media and this one has been awfully quiet. Both company seem to have an interest in expanding their services in the Asia Pacific to take advantage of the supply chain issue.

IMO, this company would become a great buyout candidate once listed on the Nasdaq exchange if they end up qualifying.
