Couldn't find anything on NWE except in the UK which is a possibility, I guess (Kerridge gets around).

They have two other subs that they didn't mention. Perhaps they are going under NWE. The two subs are/were Epoint Payment Corp and Fintech Holdings LLC (Oregon company)...

Guess we'll have to wait and see unless some more great detective work uncovers the puzzle ;) Nicely done valuestocks123...
