Our trial in Brazil is for critical, on a ventilator, too late for the pill. The pill is useful when you’ve been exposed, and works in the first five days. It can’t be taken with those with kidney or liver disease, and may interact poorly with certain blood thinners, high blood pressure meds - basically the same ailments that causes people to be hospitalized from COVID. LL has not interacted negatively with other drugs. There are also published papers of success for many on a vent. I’d enroll.
