Pillsworth has been a complete failure as the CEO.

He filed fraudulent financials that included 513 Bitcoin that didn't exist and he included $700k in cash on hand that didn't exist on the Balance Sheet - neither Schaefer or Pulver included them on the Balance Sheet. And that is why CCTL got the CE because Pillsworth filed fraudulent financials.
