Notes Payable - ViaOne Services 2,682,337 2,146,468 According to the last fins it was a note payable. I see in the description of the loan it says something about revolving convertible note BS so I guess even the company doesn't know what the hell it is! Doesn't matter anyway. it's a 2+ million convertible debt now!
