CEO Dorwart screwed every shareholder, even his own people who took stock for compensation.

It appears to me Dorwart is keeping quiet so the price continues to drop and he gets more shares with his conversion of debt (the 2 million of his personal money he sunk into GMER).

I'll be he's hoping it goes to .01. He isn't happy with the 35M shares he would have at .06
