The actual wording is, “ There is no adequate, approved, and available alternative to the product.” Very vague, we are still in a pandemic so it’s all hands on deck. And is Pfizer’s EUA approval the same as adequate, approved, and available alternative to the product. Can they manufacture enough for everyone. All I’m saying is there is still plenty of time for sunshine to get EUA approval if they start human trials soon. Also, Variants can extend the timeline even longer.
