The Only Logical Reason that the 8-K hasn't been filed yet, to the best of my guessing,
is that something related to that Material Event is still ongoing..
Otherwise, they would be in deep doo-doo, something that they wouldn't want to be in
while shaping up for bigger goals.
Also, another scenario would be that David Dorwart is physically unable to sign
and file anything right now.
Either he is somewhere in the world without the internet, or he
is incapacitated, or both.
His staff on discord used to say "I'll run that by him" once in a
while, but now it's not even an option.
