I think I beat you to it on that one! I said the whole dam government needs to be thrown into conservatorship based on our debt. Stop ALL DC elected officials pay and benefits until we have a balanced budget. Do this and MANDATE that no exit from the conservatorship until our budget is balanced, no new or tagged on legislation permitted, zero, zilch until the budget is fixed. AND they need to fix the budget with less tax revenue because conservatorship demands taxpayer relief in the form of reduced tax burden of 3% accross the board on all tax brackets. If not fixed/done in 6 months, special election to replace 33% of congress and Senate, the non performers and trouble makers.
