Nocona, I don't know what he means by this: "Lsma distance from 34 is important." When price (and the LSMA, to the extent it is following price closely) gets very stretched above the 34 ema, the price tends to come down to test the 34 ema.

Then, let's say the price is basing just above the 34 ema. The LSMA will often be coming down below the price and 34 ema and start curling BELOW the price, then it will curl up. And then you go long. The LSMA supports the price.

Let me see if I can find a chart example.
