My concern isn't so much Offor leasing to himself, but rather that ERHC is leasing the space and Chrome is hitching a free ride, IF that is the case... see the post I am replying to.

ERHC's share of JDZ oil; 1 billion barrels. Once proven, ERHE will be $10+. All we need is time and patience.
