austin01........the only reason we got anything depended on Susman's effort in the mediation hearings...he got the best he could for equity, and I am sure that the full amount of assets that WMI tried to hide was discussed....how else can you come to a compromise if you don't know the full scope of the assets held by WMI....it also could be that the hedge funds made an offer for the "cure" of insider trading by telling Susman "take it, or leave it, and sue us if you want more"....there are no public records of what was discussed at the mediation hearings... so I don't know how they settled this.....there are some stocks in my portfolio that went bankrupt, and the ticker symbols still show in my account... as a matter of fact TD Ameritrade wants money to remove them.....Lodas
