Not uness Leo is the worst negotiator and contract drafter in the entire world (to be fair, I wouldn't discount that possibility entirely).

Every single contract between sponsor and CRO i have seen over the years -and I have seen many - stipulates that the sponsor (in this case that would be IPIX) owns the data in its entirety (if you think about it, that's why they're called CONTRACT Research organizations).

In reality Leo knew the data on the secondary endpoints at almost the same time he knew the data on the primaries (that's how pre-programmed statistical analysis packages work).

That can mean only one thing - thre's not even a crumb of comfort in the post-hoc analysis of the brilacidin COVID 19 trial data.

Being a greedy conman who knows his greedy and gullible marks well, Leo Ehrlich isn't going to admit that.

Instead he's paying his undisclosed IRPs on social media (not iHub, natch) to intimate that there's a great future for IPIX, when in reality people who understand the biopharmaceutical space all know the Fat Lady has sung, entertained visitors in her changing room and caught a cab home a long time ago.
