Here's somebodies wisdom or thinks its a good idea for CloverHealth $CLOV and $GOOG to enter a JV, where $CLOV provides health care know how and AI and $GOOG provides capital, cloud and expansion worldwide; to provide SaaS to Medical providers, Insurers and Government Run health care plans. Possibly 45% stake to $CLOV and the new company to be valued at around 50B$. That will me the $CLOV stock value about $50/share.

If you can't find the gift above in the stores, then please give us $CLOV share holders 3x increase in lives under management for 2022 and a MCR of 85%. That will make the $CLOV stock to be about $30/share.
