try...as a former owner of several businesses, I can tell you that renting to yourself is common, and is just good business sense. We owned the property and buildings as well as the business, but they were separate entities. Our businesses rented the buildings and property from us. It's just good business. IF that's what EO is doing it's just one more indication of good business sense on his part!!!
