The pic was taken in Illinois? The terrain, as near as I can tell is very similar to the place I'm talking about.

You do cook the whole goose, right? It was our tradition in Dakota to have turkey at Thanksgiving and always roast goose at Christmas. It's been so long I don't remember if I liked goose as much as turkey.
