rounding I/O *up* that is 125M divided by 478 .. which works out
to an avg of 261,506 PTOI *shares* per *cert* .. now we know
the DTC far exceeds that (cough cough) because their *cert*
covers .. snicker .. every entity/firm that actually *trades* PTOI

but it is always revealing just how *few* shares NR has access
to even when blocking/feeding a CE and painting @ open & COM

to say nothing of all those *hidden/mirrored PTOI trades*

case in point .. (50% DRS with 800 volume)
