We are supposed to get an answer by the Patent Board by tomorrow the 21st.

Why are they taking so long too. Between them and Batten, this whole thing looks corrupt.

The Patent Board has to wait until the very last day to make their ruling.
What BS.

If HCMC gets a favorable ruling from the Patent Board, forget the appeal, just refile the lawsuit without all the dumb mistakes and get rid of COZEN.
They know where they screwed up, just refile with a more competent Law Firm.
