You can't be that oblivious, the Tiger cited this in the article; which states that Fauxci recives royalties, there's no audit of his royalties:

Also NIH has joint ownership of Moderna.

So there is a conflict of interest when the NIH, a patent holder of Moderna says J&J is not good, benefits them and profits.
