I don't know if people are really paying attention, but munchkin and mitch are and have been together in defeating any and all bills that attempt to raise the tax on the rich, or cancel frumps tax breaks as well as any legislation that attempts to tax the rich, force clean air acts or compliance and responsibility of big energy to clean itself up. Oil, coal and even Ngas.

Nothing has gotten by munchkin that had the slightest touch of big energy responsibility or costs to them. munchkin generates half a million a year in his coal bisiness in salary, so how is that not a conflict of interest.
He sits on the one of the energy commissions and can decide what bills to go forward. That alone should take him off any commissions. If munchkin isn't on any government energy commission, he certainly sits on a board of coal commissions in his state.
