No, I do not believe so. The man is useless and very incompetent to run anything. I stood up for this man so many times in the past when I was warned about his con artist behaviors, only to fall victim to his dubious activities. He needs to go, and I am sure he will go.

The SEC should hold this man responsible, and they will.
