If the ONLY reason you are here is to "SOMEDAY"(SARCASM) get your "promised" LOFB / BNOW shares, from 4+ years ago, that is one reason for him to stay. If you want to remove a parasite that is a blight on the investment community that is a much bigger reason to remove him! He keeps running these worthless spin off/ pump and dumps on regular basis.
