Final 2 Weeks of 2021 MAY Be Life-Changing For Some - First 2 Weeks in 2022 MAY Be Life-Changing If End of the Year 2021 is NOT

1) COOP advised it has sold off assets expected to close in 2021

2) COOP Raised 600M for Asset Purchase (s)

3) I expect COOP to issue Shares to Old & Cold investors who signed timely releases by 2012

4) I expect Alice's Source to be spot-on correct (first bucket) with cash (2.5 par) and shares issued, however, due to the 65-Day Rule, end of year & New Year tax attributes, some distributions MAY or MAY NOT happen end of the year 2021 but in the first part of New Year

5) I expect at least 2 COOP 8Ks to be issued before the end of the year 2021

6) WMILT has NOT been dissolved YET and if there was nothing here this would have been dissolved long ago or they would have let WMILT expire in March of 2021, BUT they did NOT, rather extended WMILT until 3/19/2022

7) Remember, WMILT PRIMARY reason for existence is to DISTRIBUTE ASSETS, so yes, ASSETS are forth-coming
