Well, you can look at fundamentals in stock that trades at .02 all you want but fundamentals will not make the stock go up; you gotta have buyers and if a company is planning an RS, you will not have buyers until the RS happens! frown

It's called REALITY! I was planning on buying in and then I discovered there is an RS and it's a big no for me!
