The RM was announced just over 1 year ago, so the last year was easy to do audited financials, that means they had to only audit the previous year's financials. Since The fiscal year ended 9/30/21, I think it is logical to assume that after the 10K is published by 12/31/21, they should have pretty much rounded out the 2 years required to submit to the SEC. Not sure how long it takes, but I think in January that we may see/hear that the audited financial are submitted. I am not sure again how long the SEC takes to verify them, but just the announcement that they are filed will make the MM's poop their pants....
