he wont resign and take another position. if he were to do so, he couldnt dump his shares. This company is basically owned by Brad with the amount of shares he has. If you are a shareholder, basically you own a tiny piece of Brad. Shareholders invested in Brad basically. Shareholders should have posters of Brad in their rooms and look at Brad before they go to bed. You own a little bit of Brad. lets explore a couple scenarios

Brad resigns - he dumps his shares. he wont be able to unload them all. Stock has continuous downward pressure to sub .01 easily. Stock is delisted in 6 months.

Brad stays on. - Stock flops around and fades to sub pennies in 2 years. slow painful fade. Brad uses his stock shares as collateral to fund his lifestyle (which he is doing) Brad keeps making payments on his Maserati.
