i spoke with farid yesterday and he said they are in the final stages of city/county finalizing and mid january the bases for smart poles should be installed. Then smart poles installed in Palos Hills first. The Shell risk will be removed when they receive payment from the first batch of poles. Also the APP's should be up and running next week. A few other minor things coming as well.
