As commodities keep rising and green driven factories open new production lines, and new tech continues...as it has for thousands of years...our values keep rising and rising. Any estimate done yesterday is cheaper than those done today. We are in for a sixties and seventies commodity run. This one may last longer. I expect so because of singularity with the quantum shortened time line of new innovation.

Intrinsic fundamentals are starring us eye ball to eye ball. Case in point is Apple. They innovate so fast that new products due for release are already outdated before they hit the market. And all NBRI needs to do is watch and wait as the property values continue to climb and suitors come knocking. CC's are icing on the cake.
