Who cares what KThomp says.... The warrants and the NWS are completely different on how/ when they get/got executed and totally separate forms of takings.

The takings are on multiple fronts and different methods.

No damages have been accrued and the contract has not been disregarded until the try to execute them...

You can't bring a suit in front of a court and say "we are suing for damages and the execution of the warrants before they happen"...
