The $.07 high going back to late January early February when it was reached 2/9/21 held very briefly. Recall late January the price level was closer to $ .0065 $.007 territory. I got the impression that some trader accidentally entered an order at $.07 but meant to put in $.007. IMO a high of seven cents was an aberration. The $.03 price as a high seems more realistic for a near term high when revenues are confirmed from the big cities contract with Chicago nearby towns. Go $VPER
