Egold, I follow your comments on SA, so I know you have a good handle on PCTL. So why if I ask a serious question on this board you feel the need to denigrate me and my question? This kind of shtick is why I don't post on this board anymore UNLESS I really can not find critical information elsewhere.

Isn't asking a good question to like-minded investors who might know a thing or two part of DD? If you don't know who the hell Mike Sims and Krag Capital is, just say so. I been tracking and DD this company for over 9 months, know about almost every meaningful topic discussed on this board, and have a 1M crackers in this puppy. I Worked in hospitals and health clinics for 20 years and know the problems and value of disinfecting Hospitals. Semi-retired now, I Track Oil and gas industry investment down to DUC and rig counts, OPEC spare Production, china Petro reserves, and crude floating in ships on the water. I have never really doubted the business concept of PCTL. And with DUCs down ~50% since the start of the pandemic, now might be a really good time for O&G companies to be pushed into using PCTL products.

What I have doubted, as an ex-CFO, CPA, and MBA is their ability to keep the crazy financing of this operation afloat. They might have turned a corner with this equity financing. Now I have to see with this Mr. Sims and his money whether it is just a trade (ride the hoopla up and sell out once the run is over), or is it a REAL hold'em investment. Elle
