And of course this court would jump in with both feet... and find a filament of difference between this and abortion.

Hypocrisy means nothing to them. Justice Sotomayor has them pegged. Not only do they suck, but they know they suck, and they couldn't give a fuck less who else knows. (I'm not sure she actually put it like that.)
