No idea... Maybe they don't buy the rumors since the rumor-makers aren't always that reliable. We've had quite a few people crying wolf in the past falsely. Or it takes time to transfer funds in, or people are already locked and loaded for a run? Your guess is as good as mine. I think many are waiting for an actual PR stating something before they jump in as fast as they can.
