Legitimate companies don't get suspended for misinformation, then fail to meet disclosure regulations for over 18 months, then leave the suspended/grey sheet ticker behind and move into another one.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
