I think it will definitely move when they get some carrier deals, but I don't listen to anything HRHR says too seriously. If BKMP is at .002 or higher by St. Patty's day or before, I will be way more impressed with him than I am now. We'll see, it's not that far off and today he even went ahead and said "Well before st. patty's day most likely." So, if we get too close and we don't see that sort of action, chances are he won't be around much.
