The bottom line is, the northeastern part of the country carries these red-necked, sister humping dirtbags. And why? They hate us, and they always have. I could write them all checks, hell I have... and they still hate us.

I'm tired of it. I don't like them. I don't recognize them as Americans; I barely recognize them as human.

Congress is also considering spending billions on ill-advised and environmentally damaging beach and coastal rebuilding projects that ignore the looming threats of rising seas and intensifying storms.
