Giving the benefit of the doubt that a company has a "reason" for selling stock after getting suspended and going dark for a year and a half thumbing their noses at their shareholders is a bad investment strategy.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
