Update: Some speculate this is for an acquisition instead of loans because apparently it is much harder for a Chinese company to secure financing. The relatively tiny amount still doesn't make sense to me, but maybe.

Either way the LOWEST BV per sh could go is $14. $16.5 highest. And they hold almost only CASH.

Still a bargain; trading below $5 today!!!

Not sure how it's trading this low. But alot of stoctwit talk about methods major shareholders use to drive down the price so they can scoop up larger volumes lower. Again, doesn't seem plausible given the low short volume. But there's Private Equity holders on this. Either they are really smart or really stupid.
