The Magic Toxic Note here is the whole game. AABB issues a toxic note to a lender, probably a close associate. The associate converts constantly and dumps shares into the market for cash, much of which most likely flows right back into AABB management's hands. Management and/or Clive engage with promoters to pump the stock with idiotic stories about gold mines and crypto, and keep the share price (and more importantly, the volume) up.

Simple stuff. And yet, it is easier to attribute all the "funny business" to evil MM's and corrupt hedgies. Funny business, which leaves no trace and cannot be seen.

The system is rigged. But not in the way you are suggesting.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
