I have been digging ever since it popped up as a symbol and not a number on my Etratde portfolio last month. Nothing on the Nevada site of much use and only thing of any substance is the 8-K that was filed on 11/22 authorizing it to be quoted.

There is no actual Nest Builders so its in the process of becoming a RM of some type. Question is what and by who... because its not a court run shell there really is no record of what is going on. Other then old spin off holders selling and new holders apparently buying in speculation of something. Been holding my spin off shares for two years so wont let them go now until I know what is happening.
