I agree with everything you stated except the simple fact that 12 institutions now holder 800K shares of this company would indicate the exact opposite of your last statement.

The opportunities for Rossi and his new technologies are astounding. Choosing the correct path with investment capital is critical. Becoming an OEM in a brand new sector is very doable for this company.
