Well, miracle of miracles, I received this email reply from LAHO a day after I emailed them asking about the docusign link:

So, stuff like this keeps the chat flowing. I've been one of the loudest and most obnoxious doubters, but this gave me a tiny, tiny bit of optimism that I might recoup a few bucks.
