Good morning HLPNG. The TA is wide open and ungagged. In addition to this the company frequently updates the share structure at https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/AGYP/security. The numbers have not gone up and there is no plan to do so. I am glad you asked the question because this hopefully helps to clarify it for everyone.
