Wrong again... facts matter

First of all... not HOCL

The Niagara Falls plant produces chlorine, hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite, and caustic soda, according to information on the firm’s website.

Hydrochloric Acid = HCL - Hydrochloric acid, also known as muriatic acid, is an aqueous solution of hydrogen chloride. It is a colorless solution with a distinctive pungent smell. It is classified as a strong acid.

Also... the Niagara Falls NY plant closed due to local reasons-

the decision is due to “unfavorable regional market conditions” and recent hikes in rail transportation costs.

I live in upstate NY... believe me... the market conditions are NOT favorable.... everyone is leaving.

Once again totally unrelated to anything PCTL.

HOCL is very much in demand, especially the ability to produce on site for hospitals is very appealing with current supply chain issues.

And O&G... there will be plenty of demand.
